Established in 2009 Swansea Sessional GPs is an independent group run by volunteers for the benefit of freelance and salaried GPs working in Swansea and its surrounding areas. We hold meetings quarterly to discuss significant events, Revalidation and any other issues affecting non-contractors. We believe in empowering individuals, raising the overall standard of practice and better risk management. We have good links to the Local Medical Committee and have a few GP appraisors as members. The purpose of this website is to provide an information hub for those of us who are out of the loop and to facilitate networking. If you have any ideas or would like to add something to the site please leave some comments or contact us here

  1. Urgently seeking a locum for sessions on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 May at our busy 8,500 patient surgery in Ammanford - we use Vision and are a friendly paper light practice. If you have or know anyone with availability please contact me on 01269 592759 or 01269 597325
    Thanks!
